What page number formats are available?

AskPDF supports four formats: numeric (1, 2, 3), Roman numerals (I, II, III), dash format (- 1 -, - 2 -), and 'Page X of Y' format. You can place numbers at the top or bottom of the page, aligned left, center, or right.
